Set access once. It survives turnover.

A Team is a department, not a person. Attach access to the Team and it outlasts whoever is in the seat this year.

A new hire inherits it by joining

Add someone to the Team and they get exactly the Collections that Team can order. No re-granting. No guessing what the last person could access.

When someone leaves, access stays put

Remove the person; the Team keeps its Collections. Nothing breaks, no orphaned permissions, no products that suddenly no one can reorder.

You decide who gets what

Your organization assigns Collections to Teams. Divinipress gives you the controls. You draw the lines, change them anytime, and they hold.

Churches run on rotation: volunteers for a season, staff who move on, a coordinator who hands off in summer. Building access on Teams makes the handoff one click, not a meeting.

Is there a platform fee?

No. Divinipress is free to use. You only pay for the products you order.

How long does setup take?

Start browsing immediately and save products to My Products at your own pace.

Do all orders require Proof approval?

No. Simple reorders that only require size and quantity typically don't need a new Proof. Most other items are Proofed before production.

What if we need something not in the Catalog?

We're constantly updating the Catalog with new brands and products. If you need something that isn't listed, tell us what you're looking for. We'll find it through Custom Sourcing and add it to your account.

What if we want something highly customized?

That's what Custom Sourcing is for. We work directly with vetted factories, including options with lower minimums for truly custom items. Common requests include custom folders and presentation pieces, dyed or specialty-wash apparel, and fully custom garments like Hawaiian shirts. We'll tell you what's realistic on timeline, cost, and minimums before anything moves forward.

Can you help with design?

We don't provide design services. Proofing includes production checks like bleed, color space (CMYK), and basic issue callouts (like misspellings). We also provide templates to make submitting artwork easier.

Do you work with schools too?

Yes. We work with churches, Christian schools, and faith-based nonprofits.

What if we already have vendors we like?

Divinipress doesn't connect to outside vendors. We're a complete platform with our own Catalog, production partners, and workflow, so your ordering stays in one place.
